Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the inhibiting factors in managing village income and expenditure budgets in the village Teluk Lecah district Rupat Bengkalis based on implementation domestic ministerial regulation number 113 of 2014 concerning guidelines for village financial management. Indicator for assessing village financial management that are used include trasparent, accountable, participatory, orderly and budgetary discipline. Type of research that is located in the village office Teluk Lecah this is descriptive quantitative that prioritizes quisioner lists, observations, interviews, and documentation as a means of collecting data and adat collected with tools used as raw material for empirical conditions in the objectivity of research objective at the loctions studied. There are three ppulation groups and the sample in this study village government amounted to 20 (twenty) people, and the village community amounted to 103 (one hundred three) people. Types and data measurement techniques consist of primary data collected by questionnaire list techniques and list of interview and secondary lists collected by observation techniques. While data analysis techniques are used with table tools. Based on this technique the researcher assesses and concludes that the evaluation of the implementation of domestic ministerial regulation number 113 of 2014 concerning guidelines for village financial management in Teluk Lecah district Rupat Bengkalis are at a pretty good interval.
