Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Performance of the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning Related to the Development of Drainage in the City of Pekanbaru and to Know the Constraints Faced by the Office of Public Works and Room Arrangement in the Construction of Drainage Systems in Pekanbaru City. The indicators of this study are Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, Accuracy. This type of research located in the city of Pekanbaru is Descriptive Servey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives in the studied location. The population used in this study is the Head of the Public Works and Room Arrangement of Pekanbaru City, Head of Infrastructure, Public Facilities and Utilities (PSU) of the Public Works Office and Pekanbaru City Spatial Planning, Society as Research Informants to complete the Discussion on Research Results. The census technique used in determining individual samples is for the population of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office and Purposive sampling techniques for community population groups, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consist of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and Secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Performance Evaluation of the Public Works Agency and Pekanbaru City Spatial Planning in the Development of the "Pretty Good" Drainage System.
