Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of accounting information systems and organizational culture on Pharmacy in Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at 46 pharmacies spread across Pekanbaru. Respondents were taken by using Random Sampling technique with 21 pharmacy respondents who were tested based on certain characteristics. Data was collected by distributing 66 questionnaires to 21 pharmacies in Pekanbaru. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis on the SPSS 21.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of individuals in pharmacies in Pekanbaru.
