Abstract

Evaluation is the process of measuring and comparing the results of work which in fact is achieved with the results that should be achieved. Meanwhile the existence of evaluation is something very important to know the extent to which success can be achieved when a policy is implemented. To be better, public policy is a decision made by the State, especially the government, as a strategy to realize the objectives of the country concerned, service is a process of activities of a person or group of people to provide optimal assistance to other parties who require both requested and unsolicited. Development aims to improve community welfare and the quality of human life, as well as poverty alleviation through meeting basic needs, building village facilities and infrastructure, developing local economic potential, as well as sustainable use of natural and environmental resources. The evaluation is the Evaluation of the Implementation of the UPTD SPAM Service Program at the Office of Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of Siak Regency. In connection with that through William N Dunn's Theory (2003: 608), there are 6 indicators to measure these assessments, namely Effectiveness, Efficiency, Equity, Adequacy, Responsiveness, and Accuracy, with the research location in Minas District, with the type of research quantitatively, the researcher obtained the results of the study quite well
