Abstract
The purpose of this research was to know about the Impementation ofprogram queue online in an effort toImprove Passport Service at the immigrationoffice grade 1 Pekanbaru. the technique of data collection are the primary datacollected by using observation and documentation. The technique of data analisiswas quantitative research in descriptive analysis. The result of the research haveshown that the immplementation of program queue online in an effort ti improvepassport services at the imigration office grade 1 Pekanbaru with an indicatorvariable size and objectives of the policy, the policy resource, communicationbetween the Organization and theactivities implementing the social economicconditions, political, and implementing that categorised simply implemented.Thus implementation of program queue online in an effort to Improve PassportService at the Immigration office grade 1 Pekanbaru was simply implementedthough is not optimal, and the researcher hpe that there is an improvenment forthe future in order to improve the service passport at immigration grade 1Pekanbaru.
