Abstract

This research is described in the one-stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Riau Province. The background of this research is how the application of the principles of good governance in public services, especially in the service of arranging Research / pre research Recommendations for students is carried out. Assessment indicators in the application of the principles of good governance include the principles of transparency, the principle of responsiveness, the principle of effective and efficient, and the principle of accountability. This research was carried out in the Riau Province One-Stop Services and Integrated Services. Data collection is done by observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. Respondents in the study were employees of the Riau Province Investment and One-Stop Services in the amount of 14 people and students who were managing 30 permits. Data were collected, compared and analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the research show that the application of the principles of good governance in public services at the Investment Office and the one-stop service in Riau Province has been running well in terms of transparency, responsiveness, effectiveness and efficiency, and accountability.
