Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internal control, compliance and management compensation on employee ethical behavior. This research was conducted on managers and all employees of finance at PT. Agung Toyota Pekanbaru. This study uses a purposive sampling technique in taking 50 samples. The analytical method used in this study is a descriptive statistical method and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22.0. Based on the research it can be concluded that the results of the partial test (T test) showed that the internal control variable had no effect on the employee's ethical behavior variables. While the compliance and management compensation variables partially affect the ethical behavior of employees. The results of the Simultaneous Test (F Test) showed that the variables of internal control, compliance and management compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on the ethical behavior of employees
