Abstract

Thesis entitled "Evaluation of Management of Work Program Activities (Study at Tesso Nilo National Park Hall) in Pelalawan District" by Helga Fusfa Sari. This thesis aims to find out the activities of the national park hall tesso nilo pelalawan district, whether it has been tried to be done with the maximum or not. This research was conducted to find out the management of work program activities in protecting and preserving the Tesso Nilo National Park area. this problem is appropriate in the field using the type of research used in this study descriptive with a qualitative approach, namely describing the condition of the subject and object, both a person, institution, society, and based on the results of observations and in-depth interviews that researchers do and provide arguments against what found in the field, and documentation and collecting data. Data and information obtained is used as a basis for evaluating. the results of research that have been reflected indicate that the management of the tesso nilo national park office work program activities is quite good in its presentation. In this study, the inhibiting factor of the Tesso Nilo National Park forest area is the high encroachment, land conversion, and fires. with Tesso Nilo National Park Office taking responsibility for the problems that occur this is always trying to protect and preserve forests in the Tesso Nilo National Park area, and strive for public awareness of the importance of TNTN forests to be useful for future generations.
