Abstract

BECAUSE of the increasingly high level of competition among Broadcasting Institutions, It Is Potential For Broadcasting Institutions to review the Program to emerge Broadcasts that are NOT In Accordance with the Values Adhered To and Believed by the Community. KPID) in supervising Broadcasting Content programs for a useful and equitable broadcasting broadcast, so that the creation of a society that has good morals, education and culture, is in accordance with the ideals of Indonesia's Independence Proclamation. The Objective of the Research Above Singers is to review the effectiveness of Television Broadcasting Program Monitoring based on Broadcast Program Standards by the Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) Riau and to review the inhibiting factors of the Television Broadcasting Program based on Broadcast Broadcast Programs by the Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) Riau .
