Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the camat's task in coordinating community empowerment activities in Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency. The indicators of this study are Unity of Action, Communication, Division of Work, Discipline. This type of research located in Pelalawan Regency is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the list of questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the research objectives in the studied locations. The population used in this study is the Head of Ukui, Community Development and Empowerment Section, Head of Bukit Gajah Village, Bukit Gajah Village Community. The sampling technique used in determining sample individuals is the Census Technique for the employee population and the accidental sampling technique for the population population group, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consist of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Analysis of the Implementation of the Camat's Task in Coordinating Community Empowerment Activities in Ukui Subdistrict, Pelalawan District was "Enough to Implement"
