Abstract
To know the results of the implementation of guidance of Village Head Terak terhdap in District especially regarding Population Administration.To know the factors that inhibit the duty of the subdistrict head in fostering and monitoring the village apparatus especially regarding Population AdministrationThis type of research is quantitative research using descriptive survey that is research with the intention to make meticulous and comprehensive measurement toward a social phenomenon, then researcher develop concept and collect data. Furthermore, in field research using questionnaires to collect data, data analysis techniques that the authors use in this study is descriptive analysis in this case is described in the form of tables and subsequently in uaraikan in accordance with the identity of each respondent as well as indicators of variables obtained through questionnaires for withdrawal Tanaggapa respondents to know the implementation of the tasks of the sub-district who finally made the withdrawal of conclusions and suggestions, known Evaluation of the Implementation of Duties of Camat In Conducting And Supervising Against Village Devices In Subdistrict Logas Land Land Kuantan Singingi District can be categorized less well seen from among other Giving Guidance The Camat has not done well because it is not done routinely and in Providing guidance there are still directives that are not understood by the Village Device so that the directives are not delivered maximum, and, in giving and Exercises not all Village Devices receiving and subsequent training in giving instructions unclear instructions are conveyed so often incorrectly received by the Village Device and on the existence of the Camat's literature / books there is no new user guide to keep using the old one as well
