The signs that can be seen such as there are still some students who get scores below the passing grade, which is 70, even though the teacher has explained the salat material well; there are still some students who do not do the task even though the teacher has given direction to do the task; there are still some students who often skip class so that they miss the subject matter and make their learning outcomes do not reach the passing standard. The problem formulation of this study is whether there is an effect of using demonstration method on students’ learning outcomes in class VII at MTs Fadhilah Pekanbaru. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of using demonstration method on students’ learning outcomes at the seventh grade of MTs Fadhilah Pekanbaru. The population of this study is all students in class VII, totaling 84 students, and the entire population is taken as samples. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and tests. The data analysis techniques used are normality test and simple linear regression analysis performed by SPSS 22. The results of this study show that the significant value is more than 0.05, i.e. 0.068 > 0.05, so the alternative hypothesis is rejected.
