Abstract
The sample used in this study amounted to 8 companies. The method used is the panel data regression analysis method with the help of Eviews 10. The results of this research show that Partially Earning Per share (EPS) variables have a significant effect on Stock Returns and Return On Equity (ROE) variables have a significant effect on Stock Returns while Price variables Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no significant effect on stock returns because investors are more interested in looking at the level of return on equity and profits generated by a company. Simultaneously variable Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant effect on stock returns.
