Abstract
Baru Village Is a Village located in Dayun District, Siak Regency. The village is carrying out its accounting practices by following the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 113 of 2014. The village has also become a public spotlight to manage its finances well. This research was conducted with the aim of comparing Village Accounting conducted by Desa Berumbung Baru. With General Accepting Accounting Principles. The types of data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. The village has the heart to compile a Report on Village Assets without calculating depreciation of assets owned such as equipment and machinery, buildings and buildings, roads, networks and installations. and Berumbung Baru Village, Dayun Subdistrict, Siak Regency, does not count the remaining stock of consumables. It can be concluded that the accounting for new berumbung villages is not yet in accordance with generally accepted accounting.
