Abstract
Media is everything that can be used to transmit messages from the sender to the recipient of the message so that it can stimulate thoughts, feelings, concerns and interests so that the teaching and learning process occurs, so that learning objectives are expected to be achieved. Media can also be interpreted as intermediaries, distributors or liaisons who carry messages or information that contain certain purposes. In addition, the media can also be used as a type of component in the student environment that can stimulate them to learn, at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Marzuqin, Air Cold Village, Bukit Raya Pekanbaru District, there is still a lack of teacher effort in using media such as: teachers cannot attract students' attention by using media in delivering the material has not been fully conveyed to students, the material is difficult to understand, uses teaching methods that are not understood by students, cannot direct students to be more active and creative, so fiqh teachers have not fully used learning media properly.
