Abstract

The purpose in research examined to know the influence of family environment on students’ active in Islamic education learning process at senior high school 1 Lubuk Dalam. This research used correlational quantitative. The subject in this research was students at senior high school 1 Lubuk Dalam and the object in this research was the influence of family environment on students’ active in Islamic education learning process at senior high school 1 Lubuk Dalam Siak Regency. The population in this research was 89 students, if the participant less than 100, thus all population became sample. Data collection technique used questionnaire and documentation. Based on data analysis computation, it known that there was any influence of family environment on students’ active in Islamic education learning process at senior high school 1 Lubuk Dalam Siak Regency. It known that simple linear regression analysis with significant score 0.000, and 0.000 smaller than 0.05, it showed that the hypothesis was accepted. The influence score of family environment in 0.189 or 18.9% classified into very low, it was in range 0.00 – 0.199 that stated in correlation coefficient interpretation table, meanwhile others 81.1 influenced by others factors.
