Abstract
Research is conducted at the Village Puo Raya Subdistrict Tandun Regency of Rokan Hulu . The purpose of research is to determine the suitability of the application of accounting finance at Village Puo Raya Subdistrict Tandun Regency of Rokan Hulu with Guidelines for the Assistance Accounting Finance Kompertemen Accounting Sector Public (IAI-KASP 2015) The types of data used by the authors are Primary Data and Secondary Data . Primary data is data obtained from interviews directly with the treasurer of the village Puo Kingdom regarding the history bedirinya Village Puo Kingdom, and the process of preparation of reports financial village . Data Secondary is the data obtained from the documents that related to the Desa Puo Kingdom, for example, the vision of the mission of the village , the book records and reports financial village . Techniques of collecting data used by the author is to use the method of the survey, namely by means of observation and interviews . While the analysis of the research is to use analysis descriptive with using the method of qualitative . The results of the study have demonstrated that the application of Accounting Finance at the Village Puo Raya Subdistrict Tandun Regency of Rokan Hulu has not been fully in accordance with the Guidelines for the Assistance Accounting Finance Kompertemen Accounting Sector Public (IAI-KASP 2015)
