Abstract

This research is based on the problem of buying and selling is a very important problem for the community in economic transactions. Buying and selling is exchanging property with a legitimate purchase tool or other assets with a qabul permit according to syara '. The limitation of the problem of this research is that the villages of Bagan Bhakti and Pasir Putih villages in Balai Jaya district, Rokan Hilir Regency and the sample population in this research are the headman, chairman of the cooperative, community leaders and referral farmers. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the review of fiqih muamalah on buying and selling of palm oil fresh fruit bunch in Balai Jaya district, Rokan Hilir Regency. The aim of this research is to find out the buying and selling of palm oil fresh fruit bunch in Balai Jaya district, Rokan Hilir Regency according to fiqih muamalah. The type of research is field research, the method is descriptive qualitative. Techniques for collecting data through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data analyzed is qualitative analysis. The results of this research indicate that the practice of buying and selling carried out by the community of Bagan Bhakti and Pasir Putih villages uses a written and contract system that is carried out namely verbal or verbal contract, then in the review of fiqih muamalah the practices performed are sufficient to fulfill harmony and buying and selling conditions, because the existence of a contract at the beginning and the presence of sellers and buyers as stipulated in Islamic law. Buying and selling carried out in the villages of Bagan Bhakti and Pasir Putih Village uses transactions that are still on a pay delay system, because payments made by wholesaler to farmers are not directly given but wait for some time or several days. The self-payment delay system in muamalah jurisprudence is said to be as stipulated in accordance with Islamic law.
