Abstract
This study aims to find out and analyze the quality of service in PLTD (Diesel Power Plant) in Lukun Village, Kepulauan Meranti Regency. The types and sources of data used in this study are Primary Data, namely data obtained from the opinions of the community (customers) as respondents regarding the timeliness and services provided through questionnaires or questionnaires. Secondary Data, that is, data obtained directly in the finished form of the company in the form of company history, organizational structure and other reports. The amount to be taken as a sample in this study is 76 customers who are customers in the PLTD (Diesel Power Plant) in Lukun Village, Kepulauan Meranti Regency. From the results of the respondents' answers about Physical Evidence (Tangibles) as many as 33 people or 43.86%, said Fairly Good. Then the respondent's answer to Reliability (Reliability) with Good answers was 35 people or 46.49% answered Good. Respondents' answers to responsiveness were 33 people or 42.98% answered well. Furthermore, respondents' answers about Assurance (Guarantees) were 35 people or 46.06% answered Good. And finally the respondent's answer about Emphaty (Empathy) was 38 people or 50.44% answered Good.
