Abstract
This research was conducted at A Creative Studio Photography in Pekanbaru, The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service A Creative Studio Photography in Pekanbaru. Analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The population in this study is all consumers who use the services of A Creative Studio Photography on Pekanbaru, with a total sample of 75 respondents using probability sampling method. The data used in this study are Primary and secondary data obtained through questionnaires. Results this study shows that the quality of service at A Creative Studio Photography in Pekanbaru has been good, judging by the overall score that is 4372 because it is in the interval 3825 - 4725 which means good.
