Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of rice production in the fertile rice mill of the farmers in the village of Tuah Indrapura, Bunga Raya district, Siak district. The data used in this study are quantitative and qualitative data obtained from within the company (internal) and from outside the company (external) in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct observation to the company, interviews and filling out questionnaires with the owners of fertile rice mills. The method applied in data collection is by interview and direct observation. From the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that: rice production in fertile farmer rice mills is carried out in a simple way, starting from the process of using limited raw materials, limited or little labor, the use of modified production machines, and small capital so that the target production set at 50,000 (kg) per month has not been achieved.
