Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of employee placement on work performance. The research was conducted at PT. Sinarmas Rendra Nusa Pekanbaru which is located at Jalan Jendral Sudirman No. 121 Komplek Plaza Senapelan .. The number of samples taken is 76 people from permanent employees of PT. Sinarmas Rendra Nusa Pekanbaru. To analyze data used simple linear regression. Statistical calculations are performed using the help of the SPSS 20.0 for Windows computer program. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the Employee Placement variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on the variable Job Performance (Y). This is determined by the value of t count> t table (9, 548> 1.876) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, While the value of the coefficient of determination is 0.552 or 55.20%, the Employee Placement variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on work performance, with a value significantly smaller than 0.05.
