Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the influence of the academic information system service quality of SIKAD on student satisfaction at the faculty of economics and business, Islamic university of riau. The total sample of the study was 88 respondents and the sampling method was proportional random sampling. The data analysis in this study used SPSS 20 by using multiple regression tests. The results showed that the quality of SIKAD academic information system services had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction at the Faculty Of Economics And Business Islamic Of Riau
