Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employee loyalty. In this study, the compensation measured was only financial compensation consisting of direct and indirect compensation. Direct compensation is measured based on salary, incentives and bonuses. Meanwhile, indirect compensation is measured based on all the allowances provided by the company. Meanwhile, employee loyalty is measured through obedience, responsibility, and honesty, and loyalty measurement is based on self-evaluation. The target respondents are employees who work at PT. IVO MAS TUNGGAL PLPE ESTATE KANDIS. The data used are primary and secondary data. Secondary data is obtained from various sources such as journals, books and other forms of publication. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to target respondents. By using purposive sampling technique obtained 30 respondents. questionnaire. And data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. IVO MAS TUNGGAL PLPE ESTATE KANDIS.
