Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the process of recruitment and selection of workers at Lintas Riau Prima. This research was carried out by descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews / interviews and research questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of 45 people. The results of the study can be concluded from the results of research on employee recruitment at In general, Lintas Riau Prima is in a good category, because employees agree with the recruitment process that has been determined but there are still problems, namely recruitment information that is not much.
