Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work ability on employee performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, and the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data collection uses a questionnaire with a research sample of 36 respondents, namely employees of the Harvesting section at PT. Mandau River Sector RAPP. The results showed that the overall level of work ability of employees at PT. The Mandau Sector RAPP is classified as good, then for the performance of employees at PT. The RAPP for the Mandau Sector can also be said to be quite good. From the results of data analysis shows that partially work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mandau River Sector RAPP, with a large percentage contribution of influence that is 63.10%. Keywords: Work Ability, Employee Performance.
