Abstract
This study aims to examine empirically the partial significance and simultaneous factors that influence the price earning ratio on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. The factors are dividend payout ratio, return on equity and debt to equity ratio. Through purposive sampling technique obtained 12 companies from the manufacturing sector distribute consecutive dividends during the research period and was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012- 2016. The results of the research partially show that return on equity significant effect on price earnings ratio while dividend payout ratio and debt to equity ratio do not have a significant effect on price earnings ratio. While the results of the study simultaneously all the dividend payout variables ratio, return on equity and debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on price earnings ratio.
