Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of internal motivation and external motivation towards work achievement of Social Service employees in Riau Province. Analysis tool research is qualitative as well as quantitative and descriptive use of SPSS. The sample used in this study was 60 samples by using the technique of taking a census. Data collection techniques using Questionnaires and interviews with employees. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. From the data analysis done can be obtained the conclusion that is based on the recapitulation of the responses of respondents regarding the variable Internal Motivation and External Motivation in the field of Social Service of the Secretariat of the province of Riau in the category either. The better internal motivation and external motivation employees it will increase employee work achievement. Internal and external motivation motivational effect may work achievement against the employee, either partially or simultaneous. Thus to increase employee work achievement, then management needs to pay attention to internal and external motivation the motivation of employees in order for accomplishment of work increases.
