Abstract
This research was conducted at the Pekanbaru Ekatama Foundation. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of work discipline of employees of the Pekanbaru Ekatama Foundation by using the Technology Acceptance Model variable and its effect on employee motivation. In this study, the population was all employees of the Pekanbaru Ekatama Foundation, all of which were used as samples of 55 people. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the tests that have been carried out using SPSS 20, the results of this study indicate that the Perceived Usefulness (X1) factor, Perceived Ease of Use (X2) and Behavioral Intention (X3) factors are significantly equally positive effect on Work Discipline (Y). It can be explained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted significantly, where Ho in the Y variable is the usefulness factor (Perceived Usefulness), the convenience factor (Perceived Ease Of Use), and the behavioral intention factor together cannot have a positive effect on work discipline and Ha on the Y variable are the perceived usefulness factor, the perceived ease of use, and the behavioral intention factor which together can have a positive effect on work discipline.
