Abstract

This study aims to find out how much significance the quality of service and location influence on the decision to purchase home ownership credit in Housing Nuansa Damai III Rimbo Panjang Kampar Regency. The total sample in this study was 61 people who were determined by purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis in this study using descriptive and percentage analysis. The results showed there was a significant correlation between service quality variables (X1) and purchasing decisions (Y). Furthermore, the relationship between the location (X2) and the purchase decision (Y) has a sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.05 which means there is a significant correlation between the location variable (X2) and the purchase decision. (Y). The coefficient of service quality determination on purchasing decisions is 59%. and the large coefficient of loaksi determination of the purchase decision is 47.9%.
