Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze: Quality of Work Life at PT. Pegadaian (persero) Regional Office II Pekanbaru. This study uses the Probability Sampling technique with the census methof, with a population of 33 respondents so that the sample used is 33 respondents. The methof in this research is descriptive qualitative using SPSS version 23,2021. The reseach data is obtained from questionnaires (primary) and literature study. The analysis technique used a test instrument (Validity and Reliability Test). The results showed that the responses of the respondents agreed with the Quality of Work Life, the dimension that has the highest of dominant score, namely the dimensikn of determining working hours which is more flexible and the level of importance of the tasks at PT. Pegadaian (persero) Regional Office II Pekanbaru.
