Abstract
Welfare is a condition of the workforce where all are in a state of prosperity, health or peace. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to determine the level of income and welfare of permanent employees and casual daily labor (BHL) at PTPN III PKS Torgamba, using a decent living needs measurement tool (KHL), the method used by the author in this study was stratified random sampling. This random sampling of population members with each strata with a sample of 194 respondents, 72 permanent employees and 25 casual daily workers (BHL) PTPN III PKS Torgamba. Income and welfare of permanent employees and casual daily workers (BHL) at PTPN III PKS Torgamba. The average income of permanent employees are quite good and are above KHL as well as the income of casual daily labor employees are quite good, the same as the income of permanent employees At PTPN III PKS Torgamba Keywords : Labor Of Walfare, Income, The Necessities Of A Decent Life (KHL).
