Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the suitability of the accounting application carried out by cell phone shop entrepreneurs in the Lubuk Dalam District Siak Regency with the basic concepts of accounting. In connection with this research, the object is the cell phone shop business in Lubuk Dalam Subdistrict Siak Regency. Based on data sources obtained from the Lubuk Dalam District Office Siak Regency there are as many as 22 cellphone shop business in the Lubuk Dalam District Siak Regency. This research is a census research, the types of data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods in this study are structured interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used descriptive method. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of accounting in the cellphone shop business in the Lubuk Dalam District Regency Siak is not in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting.
