Abstract

The problem in this study is that the lack of understanding and ability of students in performing basic volleyball techniques, especially the passing of the students is seen when students pass over so that students have not reached the completeness score or the KKM value that has been set, namely 70. The aim of this study is learn to pass volleyball through teaching variations in class X students of SMK 4 Pekanbaru. The type of this research is PTK. The population and sample in this study were students of class X SMK 4 Pekanbaru, amounting to 25 people. The data analysis technique used is calculating the percentage value of classical completeness. From the results of research and data analysis, this study can be concluded that there is an increase in volleyball passing skills through variations in learning in class X of SMK 4 Pekanbaru with a percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle of 76% and 92% in the second cycle. percentage of 16%.
