Abstract

State efforts aspired by the people in a country is the country able to provide maximal service to the community. Therefore, in the implementation of the public service must optimize the service through the requirements, procedures, Time, Products, Complaint. Public services are expected to be implemented in all respects, including service in the management of pension funds by PT TASPEN Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to analyze the pension fund administration services in the community, and identify any obstacles in service pension fund in PT TASPEN Pekanbaru. The results of this study are expected to provide the following benefits: their contributions in order to develop knowledge, especially in the field of social science and politics as well as reference to improve services, especially in service pension fund by PT TASPEN Pekanbaru. Results of research conducted in the city of Pekanbaru in the service of the Pension Fund through the five indicators that are in the category of "Pretty Good" with a value of 26 or a percentage of 58%. However, the authors suggest to the employees of PT TASPEN Pekanbaru in order to improve services to the pension funds better.
