Abstract

This study aims to determine the objective level of Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program in the 46 Public Schools of Pekanbaru City through the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP). The background of this research is to look at the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program which was implemented in 46 elementary schools in Pekanbaru city based on the phenomena encountered in the application of the program. The assessment indicators used are communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This type of research, located in SD Negeri 46 Pekanbaru City is a descriptive survey, which is in collecting data and information researchers conduct observations, interviews, distribute quisoners, and do documentation. The research respondents included in this study were the parents of the students who received PIP assistance at 46 public elementary schools in Pekanbaru City, totaling 27 people by providing temporary quisoners for interviews with the school principal, PIP management staff at SD 46 Kota Pekanbaru, along with elementary student student staff in the Pekanbaru City Education Office who became the resource person for completing the information needed. The data collected, compared, and analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program in the 46 elementary schools in Pekanbaru through the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) was already sufficient in terms of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure
