Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of task of fostering small and medium industries to the Bono batik industry carried out by the industry guidance and supervision section The Cooperative Service, Small And Medium Enterprises, Indu stry And Trade Of Pelalawan Regency. Such as how technical is in the field and who is implementing it. This research was conducted by looking at the implementation of coaching from several perspective, namely industrial supervision, industrial control, industrian management, and industrial quality improvement. Hypothesis in this research, it is suspected that the implementation of fostering tasks The Cooperative Service, Small And Medium Enterprises, Industr y And Trade Of Pelalawan Regency(Study of The B ono Batik Industry) not yet effective. Measurement techniques used namely by using a linkert scale through and approach by giving score scores for each size category. In its implementation the reseachers conducted data analysis using descriptive surveys wh ere the researcher describes the actual situation about what happened during the study by collecting data,classify and analyze so that the analysis formulation is obtained the problems faced can then be drawn a conclusion. Population and sample in this st udy namely all employees of the guidance and supervision section of the industry and all batik artisans in the mainstay batik house by using cencus techniques. In this study the type of data used is the pimary data in form of those obtained directly from t he respondent namely the head of service, head of the industry sector, head of the industry guidance and supervision section, and all batik artisans in the mainstay batik house. While secondary data in the form of books, official government decumentation, obtained from The Cooperative Service, Small And Medium Enterprises, Industry And Trade Of Pelalawan Regency and the mainstay batik house. Further techniques in collecting research data using a questionnaire, interview and obsevation directly to the field. Based on the results of research that researchers have done about The Task Of Fostering The Cooperative Service, Small And Medium Enterprises, Industry And Trade Of Pelalawan Regency (Study Of The Bono Batik Industry it can be concluded that the implement ation is in the range of score 93 with the less implemented category it can be explained based in the results of reseaechers in the field it’s known that the implementation of the Bono batik industry fostering has not been implemented properl.
