Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Motor Vehicle Tax Service of the Riau Province Revenue Service at the Bengkalis Revenue Technical Unit Office. Where, Effectiveness is measured by six indicators namely Service Requirements, Service Time, Service Costs, Service Products and Complaints. This type of research located in the Bengkalis Office of the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) is a desc riptive survey, which provides a description of the phenomenon or social phenomenon examined by describing the value of independent variables based on indicators of the variables studied, and using quantitative research methods. There are two population gr oups and the sample in this study is the staff of the UPT Revenue Service, amounting to 8 people and the community who pay motor vehicle tax at the Revenue Service Unit, amounting to 30 people. And the whole population and sample were sampled where the Hea d of Bengkalis Revenue Service Office was as a Key Informant and the sampling technique used in collecting data was the census technique for UPT Dinas staff, while the purposive sampling technique was for the data management motor vehicle community. regist ered UPT Bengkalis Revenue Service. The types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data collected by questionnaire and interview techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assesses and concludes that the level of Analysis of the Effectiveness of Motor Vehicle Tax Services at the Riau Province Revenue Office in the Office of Bengkalis Revenue Technical Unit is said to have been effective, meaning the community agrees that the Bengkalis Revenue Unit is assessed as carrying out its duties in accordance with the provisions of the Riau Provincial Revenue Agency with establish service conditions.
