Abstract
This study aims to find out theanalysis of factors that influence consumer behavior on sponge bolu kemojo Al-Mahdi Pekanbaru. Consumer behavior indicators used are cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors. This type of research located in Small Medium Enterprises in Bolu Kemojo Al-Mahdi Pekanbaru is descriptive which prioritizes questionnaires as a means of collecting data and collected data is then used as the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of the object of research objectives at the research location and research methods used the author is quantitative. The types and data collection techniques used by researchers consist of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data data that has been prepared and is available on the supporting supports of BoluKemojo Al-Mahdi.While the data analysis technique used is using descriptive analysis techniques. Based on this analysis technique the researcher judges and concludes that the analysis of factors that influence consumer behavior onspongeBoluKemojo Al-Mahdi in Pekanbaruare in quite influential categories.
