Abstract

The problem of this research is the lack of physical condition of futsal athletes, tiki-taka, Fc Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of futsal athletes in the TikiTaka Fc Rengat futsal club in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. This research uses descriptive method, research conducted to determine the value of an independent variable, both one variable and more independent without making comparisons,and connecting one variable to another, about the review of the physical conditions of Futsal Athletes in the Tiki-Taka Fc Rengat Futsal Club. While sampling uses a total sampling technique, namely the withdrawal of samples from all existing populations. Thus the sample of this study amounted to 20 male athletes. Data analysis technique used is explorative descriptive by giving value for each score obtained from each test item. Value 10 = Perfect, 8 = Very Good, 6 = Good, 4 = Enough, 2 = Less. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on futsal athletes tiki-taka fc Rengat Indragiri Hulu District in 2018 answers to the questions raised can be concluded that the level of physical condition of futsal athletes tiki-taka fc Rengat Indragiri Hulu District in 2018 is quite sufficient with an average number 4.5 with a percentage of 100% enough.
