Abstract
The problem in this research is how the work experience and work skills of employees who work at Roro Catering Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine and analyze work experience and work skills possessed by Roro Catering Pekanbaru employees. Knowing business policies in improving work experience and work skills in Roro Catering Pekanbaru employees. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, and obtained a sample of 26 employees at Roro Catering. The results of this study get that the analysis of work experience and work skills possessed by employees of Roro Catering Pekanbaru in good category. With the period of work and training provided by the company to employees, it will greatly affect the work experience and work skills of employees, the longer employees work in the company, the more experienced and have the skills to do the work done
