Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and explains implementation of the function subdistrict head establish ment of official subdistrict Pangkalan Kuras of regency Pelalawan. The indikatory of establishment that used incluiding are guldence, motivation, carier, development, giving appreciation. Type of the research thatconduct at Kantor Camat Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan. Kind and technique to collect data is used consist of primer data it is data gotfrom first source. Including from questongries of respondent and interview of some indicatrs as below controlling, motivation, carier development and appriaciation. The secunder data is premier data that processed more and presented by the other, such as tubels. Meanwhile technique analysis data that used is presented on analysis essay form of quistionaires and interview the presented al so to tabel form. Basded on this technique analysis is the researcher evalvate and conlude about the implementation of duty of subdistrict on establishment of fficial at Kantor Camat Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten pelalawan is enough carried out. Recommendation that nedd solved is how establishment that did by subdistrict head to official, especially for continuing training and education.
