Abstract
This study research was conducted with the aim to measure the students' environment attitudes through adiwiyata programme at smpn 16 pekabaru city in school, from August to September 2017. The method used in this research was The Survey; data collection was done by using observation, questionnaire, and interview. Subjects in this study were students of class VIII and class IX amounted to 490 people; subject in this study was chose with used propportionale random sampling as much as 25%, therefore obtained a sample of 122 people. Based on the result of the observation from the observation sheet, the indicator 1 shows that: “always preserving the environment”, resulted from the observation sheet: 85.41% and from the questionnaire: 91.66%. Indicator 2 shows that: “Loving neatness and cleanliness of the environment” resulted from the observation sheet: 93.05% and from the questionnaire: 92.72%. Indicator 3 shows that: “Being Wise in using Natural Resources” resulted from the observation sheet: 79.74% and from the questionnaire: 89.75%. Indicator 4 shows that: “Supporting Reforestation” resulted from the observation sheet: 58.4%, and from the questionnaire: 85.62%. Indicator 5 shows that: “Habit of disposing of garbage” resulted from the observation sheet: 70.91% and and from the questionnaire: 89.74%. It can be concluded that the result shows that SMPN 16 Pekanbaru has “very care for the environment” criterion based on the average result from the observation sheet: 77.50% and from the student questionnaire 89.89%.
