Abstract

Boroh Port Keritang District is one of the ports in the Keritang Indragiri Hilir. This port is used to raise and lower passengers and to regency load and was upload or unload the community crops harvest. However, the existing facilities at the port of Boroh is still minimal and now it looks no longer feasible. Though this port is very influential on the economy of residents in Keritang sub district. The purpose of this study is to know the Implementation of Infrastructure Maintenance Task Section on the Department of Transportation in Conducting Supervision in Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency and to determine the inhibiting factors in the Implementation of Infrastructure Maintenance Task Section at the Department of Transportation in Conducting Supervision in District Keritang Indragiri Hilir Regency. In accordance with research problems, the research method used was Quantitative, with Survey research type. The result of the research shows that the Implementation of Infrastructure Maintenance Task Section at the Department of Transportation in Performing Supervision In Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency has to be quite done, it is seen from 3 indicators that have the author set that is the effectiveness, efficiency and responsiveness with the recaputulation of responses by 47% . Inhibiting factors in the Implementation of Infrastructure Maintenance Task Section At the Department of Transportation In Performing Supervision In Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency is the Department of the agency has not had sufficient number of personnel with the area of work and lack of leadership of the head of service
