Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between gratitude and life satisfaction of street vendors. Subjects in this study are street vendors who are in Pekanbaru city. Subjects in this study amounted to 99 street vendors. Sampling technique using random sampling. This study uses two scales that is life satisfaction and gratitude. Statistical analysis used is product moment analysis. The statistical results show that there is a significant correlation between gratitude and life satisfaction of r = 0.041, p = 0,000 (p <0,05). Thus the hypothesis in this study is acceptable. The acceptance of the research hypothesis shows that life satisfaction can be considered as one of the factors that influence gratitude.
