Abstract

in regulation regents rokan upstream Number Seven Eight Two Thousand And Eleven on the job description and working procedures of the structural position in the sub-district stating the job description camat that is coordinating the activities of community development for the district head should facilitate and accommodate the needs and sensitivity sebgai action against the problem and what is the needs and sensitivity as a measure against the problems and what the needs of the community in implementing the programs and activities of empowerment purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of tasks camat in coordinating community development activities in the district Kunto Darussalam upstream Rokan district. the theory used in this research is the theory of government coordination Hasibuan according to this study using quantitative methods with descriptive research type surve. sampling techniques for the village or villages and communities using purposive sampling method research would choose informen considered megethaui information and the problem in depth and trustworthy as the collection of data sumbr data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaire, observation, documentation and interview. to analysing data using frequency tables and tools will result in conclusions. based on the results of research that has been done can be concluded that the implementation of the tasks camat in coordinating community development activities in the district Kunto Darussalam district upstream Rokan upstream can be quite good. sran can give to government investigators districts by a district head in order to improve communicates well to the agency either to the villages and communities in order to secure synchronization apparatus yan work well and are easy to mobilize society the implementation mechanism of community development activities will be run.
