Abstract

This research discusses about the issue of children sexual harshness that committed by person associate with them. The background of this case is there are many children victims sexual harshness which resulted physical and mental depraved. But, this research wanted to know from the background of children sexual harshness that committed by person associate with them. The writer uses qualitative research methods by survey to location of the research. The type of writer research is decriptive qualitative research. In this case, illustrate, depict can be in the real sense, that is in the form of image or photographs from the field data or the explanation of the writer by words. To smooth running of the research or to get the result, the writer interviewing the informant or key informant directly : key informant are victims, Kanit Reskrim Polisi Sektor Tebing Tinggi Barat, biological parent, public figures, perpetrators. So , it is expected to provide the objective and true information. From the research of key informant, can be concluded that the factors of children sexual harshness occurence are lowores of educatio, religious education, economy and environment.
