Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the objective condition and the implementasion of National Action Program of the movement to food snack of school children (PJAS) which is safe, quality, nutritious by BBPOM Pekanbaru at elementary school in Pekanbaru (CaseN studyof SDN138 and SDN83 Pekanbaru). In line with the purpose of this study, the research population is cross-sectoral employees (BBPOM Pekanbaru, Health Office and Pekanbaru Education Office), principals, UKS teachers, student guardians, students and food vendors in school canteen and food vendors outside the schoolfence. BBPOM is a responsible agency and is authorized to implement a national action program of movement towards food snacks of school children (PJAS) that is safe, qualified, nutritious, thus the condition of the population is relative homogeny. Based on that consideration, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Namely a deliberately defined sample. In completing the writing of this thesis, can not be separated from the type of data collected directly from the respondents include primary data that is data collected directly from the respondents through the results of quisionary dissemination and interview. Furthermore, secondary data is data obtained from BBPOM Pekanbaru. In accordance with the Implementation Guidelines and juknis School Food Program Food (PJAS). The results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the evaluation of the PJAS program run by BBPOM and cross-sector is considered "Good Enough", it is concluded that the national food action program of snacks of children in elementary school in Pekanbaru is considered good enough.
