Abstract

This Study aims to determine the role of village heads in implementing village development in the village of delik pelalawan districts pelalawan districts. Assessment indicators used include the stage of preparation of the plan, the stage of the plan, the stage of controlling the implementation of the plan. The type of research located in the village of delik subdistrict pelalawan this pelalawan district is a discriptive survey, which prioritize the list of questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical condition of objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the meticulous location.The are to population groups and the sample in this research in the village goverment equipment amaunted to 9 people and the community in this case are those who are taking care of this village development. Two sampling techniques used in assigning for rural population populations and incidental sampling techniques for the population. Type and techniques of data collection used consisted of, primary data collected using quistionnaire and interview techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the tool table frequency. Based on this analytical technique the researchers assessed and concluded that the role of village head in implementing village development in the ,village of delik pelalawan districts elalawan districts are at the interval assessment is quite instrumental. A recommendation that needs to be taken into consideration that the village head is expected to open and communicate with the community so as to convey and explain the planned development programs and projects that will be implemented so that people can understand and move to participate in their thoughts, ideas or ,opinions and for the community should be able to convey the insert, even the public expectations to the village goverment related to rural development.
