Abstract

The purpose of this study is how the effectiveness of education and training programs in forming a professional State Civil Apparatus at the Kampar Inspectorate and how the performance of employees in the agency. And how the impact of education and training programs on the performance of employees at the Inspectorate Kampar District. The population in this study is all employees who amounted to 48 people, consisting of 37 civil servants and 4 local honorariums and 7 honorarium offices. The sample is part of the population, but the sample is an employee who is already a civil servant. Data analysis tools are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done by t test and F test at alpha 5%. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that the Education and Training of civil servants provide benefits and positive impacts for the improvement of the ability to perform tasks such as improving the ability to perform / complete tasks / jobs quickly and timely, the ability to manage and use organizational resources efficiently, or respond to the development of work tasks, decision-making abilities, and the ability to handle and solve problems that arise in the implementation / completion of work tasks. Education and training of civil servants (Structural Training / Leadership, Technical Training, Functional Training) effectively improve the performance of the apparatus in the Inspectorate Kampar District. This means that the more and more education and training of civil servants are followed, the higher or increasing the performance of the apparatus.
